Return & Refund Policy

At KIYUT, we strive to deliver quality products worldwide. Please read the policy carefully for Domestic and International orders.

🇮🇳 For Domestic Orders (Within India)

📦 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item delivered

To report an issue:

  • Email support@kiyut.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Attach clear photos/videos and your Order ID

Return Requirements

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refund within 5–7 business days after approval

COD Orders:

  • Refund is issued as store credit (valid for 1 year)

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🌍 For International Orders

📦 Return Eligibility

For international shipments, returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product received

Important Conditions

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email support@kiyut.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost for international orders must be paid by the customer

  • KIYUT does not cover international return shipping fees

Refund for International Orders

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Prepaid orders are refunded within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping, customs duties, and international handling charges are non-refundable

Non-Returnable for International Orders

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery

❌ KIYUT Cancellation Policy

Domestic Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Refund for Prepaid Cancellation:

  • Processed within 5 working days

International Orders

  • International orders cannot be canceled once placed

  • Due to overseas processing & customs handling, all international orders are final
