Can I return or exchange my product after receiving it?
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please email support@kiyut.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Can I return used or tried-on products?
Unfortunately, no. Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened hair accessories are not eligible for return.
Do I need to return the full package?
Yes. Please return the item with all tags, original packaging, and invoice.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification of the returned item.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered in 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–10 days for other regions.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Currently, we don’t offer same-day delivery, but we’re working to add this soon.
Is there a shipping fee?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1100, otherwise a small standard fee applies.
Do you deliver to all parts of India?
Yes, we deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
