🇮🇳 1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN INDIA)

  • All domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours.

✔ Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (after dispatch).

  • Delivery time may vary based on location and courier availability.

✔ Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may apply for orders above the minimum purchase amount (if mentioned during checkout).

  • Standard shipping charges apply otherwise.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via:

    • Package weight

✔ Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery.

⏳ 3. ORDER DELAYS (Domestic & International)

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Logistics issues

  • Public holidays or festivals

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

We will keep you updated in case of any major delay.


📦 4. UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

A package may be returned to KIYUT due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient not available

  • Refusal to pay customs duties (International orders)

  • Refusal to accept the package

If this happens:

  • The customer must pay reshipping charges.

  • For international orders, return shipping charges + customs charges (if any) are non-refundable.

If the customer chooses not to reship:

  • Refund will be issued after deducting all actual shipping + return fees.
